Marissa recently moved to Scottsdale from Los Angeles where she spent over 10 years perfecting the art of facial injectables at a Top 10 practice in the nation, delivering natural outcomes to thousands of patients. Marissa’s expertise is assessing her patient’s unique anatomy, creating an individualized treatment plan, and delivering meaningful and impactful treatments that empower her clients.

SAMANTHA GLENN
Sam Glenn is Practice Director of Scottsdale-based Aesthetic IQ Clinic. Glenn, an Arizona native and graduate of Arcadia High School and Arizona State University, has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics and wellness industry. She began her career at the Phoenician’s Center for Well-being and has since managed a range of luxury resort spas, day spas, and medical spas, leading teams from 2 to 62 members. Sam has a strong track record of opening new high-end facilities, including AIQ, her fourth venture. She is passionate about advancing the industry, supporting women, and is thrilled to collaborate with Marissa Abdo, MS, RN, CANS at AIQ in redefining medical aesthetics.
KENDRA DeMARK, BSN, RN
Kendra DeMark, a summa cum laude graduate from ASU College of Nursing, began her career in the neurosciences ICU before transitioning to medical aesthetics in 2017. Now at Scottsdale-based Aesthetic IQ Clinic, Kendra specializes in comprehensive facial treatments using advanced injection techniques and skincare regimens to enhance her patients’ natural beauty. She is passionate about delivering visible, natural-looking results that boost confidence. Kendra prioritizes ongoing education, attending multiple trainings yearly and providing thorough treatment explanations. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, volunteering at her son’s school, and practicing yoga and Pilates.
CARLA Guadarrama, RN & Aesthetician
Carla Guadarrama is a licensed esthetician and registered nurse dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care. She earned her esthetician license in 2017 and nursing degree in 2021, bringing together the art of beauty and the science of medicine. With a background in psychiatric nursing, Carla takes a compassionate, holistic approach—addressing overall well-being alongside aesthetic results. Committed to ongoing education, she stays current with the latest industry techniques and technologies to ensure her clients receive exceptional care.
